Attitude & discipline
- No smoking with school shirts
- During training work is work, training is training
Dos and Don’ts
- No using of phone until after cool down
- No buying of food and drinks during training
- Only sweets allowed during training
- During training no entertaining of friends or family members, they are not to disturb you during training
Punishments
- Discipline – each infringement 50cents
Punctuality Punishments
- Late – write RJ, - squats 30 times with bowling ball
- Alternative-bend knees, hold ball, swing

Hi Ladies and Gentlemen!
This is a confirmation post regarding the Try-outs.
Trial test will be conducted on the 2nd of May 2010 (Sunday)
Venue: Safra Yishun Country Club (Orchid Bowl)
Time: Arrive best by 1.30pm
Quota: 3-game-series.
(All bowlers will be required to bowl 3 games. Selection/assessments of bowlers will be held during the 3 games)
Price: $12. Price is inclusive of shoes.
(Payment must be made before commencement of games)
Attire: No SLIPPERS & SANDALS! Covered shoes only!
Guys are to wear long pants/jeans.
Girls are to wear shorts. (No mirco short shorts please...)
Try not to wear singlet as well… (Not very decent ah...)
Requirements to enter bowling team.
- Based on Captains and Coaches selections.
- Based on assessment on games.
