There are a few things to inform everyone here.
Please take note=)
Regarding the change in bowling attire.
The new team shirts will now be implemented.
TUESDAY trainings = Dark Blue Nike Shirt.
THURSDAY trainings = Black Adidas Shirt.
So I suppose this Thursday(8th January 2009)
No one will wear the wrong color or the wrong jersey.
Punishments will be conducted if wrong attire is presented.
There will be a team briefing on the
15th of January 2009 (Thursday) right after training.
So I hope everyone plans their time table
No one rushes home straight after training.
I request that EVERYONE must be present for training at that day.
There will be a program as part of the open house on the
10th of January(Saturday).
ALL sports IG must attend to help out in this.
I will provide additional details latest by this Thursday.
So please make yourself free this Saturday.
The event will not take long.
Maybe only from 8 to 11am.
Additional details will be provided.

Attitude & discipline
- No smoking with school shirts
- During training work is work, training is training
Dos and Don’ts
- No using of phone until after cool down
- No buying of food and drinks during training
- Only sweets allowed during training
- During training no entertaining of friends or family members, they are not to disturb you during training
Punishments
- Discipline – each infringement 50cents
Punctuality Punishments
- Late – write RJ, - squats 30 times with bowling ball
- Alternative-bend knees, hold ball, swing
